Materials

Our carefully selected mature woods are a major contributing factor in the quality of the construction of our instruments.

The soundboards are of either Canadian cedar, or spruce from the German, Austrian and Swiss Alps as well as from Bosnia. For the sides and back only the best roosewood is used. The necks are of Hondurian cedar and Swietenia mahagoni; and the fingerboards are ebony.

Only natural glues such as fish and hide-glues are employed and all our guitars are French polished.
